In most cases, it is possible to integrate fixed, implant-supported dentures directly after tooth extraction without additional bone augmentation measures. This requires precise 3D planning of the implants, which are positioned exactly in the bone using a surgical template. This method offers great advantages: shorter operating times, smaller wound areas, less post-operative discomfort and fixed teeth on the same day.
